Edmonton police are asking the public to help them find a 14-year-old with autism. Cory Brgan was last seen in the Bonnie Doon area on Sunday at around 1 p.m. Brgan has autism and other diagnoses that require medication, and he functions at the level of a seven-year-old, EPS said. Heat causes sidewalk to lift in Innisfil

The heat is being blamed for lifting a portion of a sidewalk in Innisfil. The two concrete slabs on Webster Boulevard in Alcona raised about 10 degrees on Tuesday. Residents in the area say they’ve never seen anything like it before. The town says the heat caused the concrete underneath to expand and buckle up. A man in his 50s is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash on Highway 400. The OPP’s Southern Georgian Bay Detachment and Simcoe County Paramedics responded to the single-vehicle crash in the southbound lanes of the highway, between Highway 12 and Vasey Road, around 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
